Where is the product made?
Everything is designed and made in Brooklyn, NY. Every piece is created in a small-batch production process, completed in the ARIEL TIDHAR studio.
What metals do you use?
All necklaces are either gold-fill or sterling silver. Earrings come in a variety of options such as sterling silver, gold-fill, gold plated or nickel free brass. Please check individual product listings for such information.
Can I choose a stud material?
Yes! We offer 3 options: Sterling Silver, Gold Plated and Gold Fill, which you can choose before adding to your cart.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we are not accepting returns and exchanges. Due to the small-batch production cycle of our brand, it is not feasible for us to provide this service. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to the studio by writing to shalom@arieltidhar.com. We will do our best to help you!
I want to buy my friend a gift, but I’m worried since you don’t offer returns. What if they don’t like it?
We offer digital gift cards! We are so excited to be a part of you and your friends’ celebrations. A benefit of our digital gift cards is that they take the guesswork out of finding the perfect gift.
Can I shower or swim in the jewelry?
The best way to maintain your ARIEL TIDHAR jewelry is to avoid sleeping, swimming, or showering with your jewelry on your person. Snacking, schmoozing and socializing in your ARIEL TIDHAR jewelry is highly recommended!
Is ARIEL TIDHAR available for wholesale?
Yes, we are slowly taking on new wholesale accounts if they are the correct fit! Please email shalom@arieltidhar.com.
How do I hire Ariel for a speaking event, pop-up or workshop?
Ariel loves doing things with the Jewish community IRL. Ariel has lead workshops and presentations for Jewish groups at Rutgers University Hillel, University of Pittsburgh Hillel, Boston University Hills, and more. She looks forward to meeting you at your synagogue, local Hillel events, and Jewish festivals. Please email events@arieltidhar.com for more information and to coordinate.
Do you ship internationally?
We closed down our international shipping in the height of covid-19 because of a lot of shipping issues. We are currently shipping within the USA, and Canada. We are hoping to roll out international shipping worldwide soon but still figuring out the details. Want to see your country/region added next?! Send us an email!
Can ARIEL TIDHAR create a custom piece for me?
We accept commissions for custom work at the studios discretion. ARIEL TIDHAR has completed custom baby mobiles, jewelry, and even a Seder plate. We know judaica is personal and we love hearing your stories. At this time, we do not have the bandwidth to complete custom work. Please sign up for our newsletter to be informed of when customs open up!
Does Ariel Tidhar reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time?
Yes, the Ariel Tidhar brand reserves the right to cancel and refund anyones order or items from an order at any time.
Are the products hand-made?
All items are produced locally in Brooklyn, NY. We work closely with a local laser cut studio that takes our digital files and brings them to life. From there, acrylic pieces from back to the studio and the Ariel Tidhar team assembles all styles. Due to the hand crafted, small batch nature items can have subtle differences.
