Mazi Orange Pomegranate Wall Ornament

50.00

The hamsa hand is an ancient middle eastern motif that symbolizes protection in many cultures and faiths. It’s supposed to bring the owner happiness, health, luck, good fortune and so much more. We have named each hamsa motif in the collection after some of these different good fortunes.

Even though this piece is not a traditional hamsa motif, the pomegranate has a lot of symbolism in Judaism and Kabbalah. There are 613 commandments and in Kabbalah it it is said that a pomegranate has 613 seeds.

Mazi a play on the Hebrew word mazel - means luck. The pomegranate wall ornament is a modern-abstract laser cut with playing etching to and mixed beads. Materials: Acylic, glass beads, sequin-pailletes, silk straw.
